Whole Wheat Cranberry Walnut

Featuring 100% local whole grain, stone milled on the bakery's granite grist mill. Toasted organic California walnuts and organic dried cranberries from Oregon. Our own wild wheat culture is the only leavening - no commercial yeast. This is a wonderful way to enjoy the flavor of our fresh milled locally grown grains and feed your gut biome with high fiber bran (bran is the preferred food of the little guys that are providing a whole host of health benefits to your body - most people are severely lacking fiber in their diet). A staff favorite! 

Loaves weigh approximately 17 oz.
