A moist and flavorful whole grain sourdough. Made with a mix of 100% stone ground whole rye, whole wheat flours, coarse ground rye chops and flaxseeds with a wild wheat culture. Long fermented. Plant-base whole food. Organic ingredients. No commercial yeast and no added sugars. These loaves get better 24-48 hours after baking. They freeze well and make exceptional toast!

Ingredients: water, 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, 100% stone ground whole wheat flour*, 100% rye chops*, flaxseeds*, sea salt, and wild wheat culture. (*organic)

This product cannot be shipped, it is for Farmers' Market pick-up only. 

Available Saturday, 4 May 2024. Arcata Farmers' Market Pick-up, 9 am- 1pm
