I made blueberry muffins with this flour and it was so good. The flavor is nutty and has a consistency of a hearty muffin, but is very light. Very Good.
It’s been hard to get Beck’s flour at the Co-op since the pandemic, so I was happy to order it for curbside pickup! Yay! We love this flour for our peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Thank you, Rhonda!
