100% whole grain bread made with wheat grown by Marcus Martin of Eel Valley Farms in Redcrest California. We mill it fresh and sift nothing off so that you get the full nutritional benefit. We use a wild culture (a.k.a. levain) and add toasted sesame seeds and rye chops (similar to steel cut oats but with rye berries) for added flavor & texture.
Loaves are approximately 17 oz.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour*,water, rye chops*, sesame seeds*, whole rye flour*, sea salt, whole wheat culture. (* = organic)
This product cannot be shipped, it is for Farmers' Market pick-up only.
