This is our Aldergrove Sourdough with a healthier reboot - we've increased the whole wheat (from 10% to 40% whole grains)! It is mildly sour, chewy, grainy and versatile for sandwiches, toast or the dinner bread basket. 100% wild culture (no commercial yeast), organic unbleached wheat flour, stone milled whole wheat flour (sustainably grown on small farms & milled on Beck's own granite grist mill). This bread is long fermented and takes us 36 hours to create. We recommend freezing if you aren't eating it all in 1-2 days.
This product will be shipped!
We bake this bread on Fridays and ship frozen (already sliced) on Mondays or Tuesdays only. It will arrive to you thawed. For the best eating experience, we suggest that you warm (toaster or wrapped in foil in the oven) before consuming. It is best to store bread in the freezer if you are not going to finish it in a day or two.
