Ginger Cake (Vegan!)

Note: Look for Ginger Cake again this fall (September 2023) when the next crop of Khorasan is harvested.

Ginger flavor that keeps on going! Sweet, dense and spicy. Made with 100% whole grain flour - stone milled at Beck's Bakery on our granite grist mill. Bring it home and serve with a dollop of whipped cream, cashew cream or vanilla ice cream on top! 

Ingredients: stone milled whole Khorasan flour*, molasses*, water, granulated sugar*, extra virgin olive oil*, fresh ginger*, apple cider vinegar*, baking powder, sea salt, ground cinnamon*, ground ginger*, ground cloves*, and ground black pepper*. Topping: powdered sugar* (*= organic)

4x6 (approximate), oven safe paper baking pan. 2-3 servings.
