Fortunately I was able to share this bread with someone or I would have eaten the whole thing myself in 24 hours! It was delicious and flavorful.
I haven't had focaccia in a long time. This one is springy and so flavorful with the oil, salt and herbs. Some bites had more pepper than others, but not overwhelmingly so. We used the last of it in a breakfast overnight soufflé. Terrific!
Turkey Italian sausage smoked mozzarella and bacon sandwich....so good.
We love this bread for a change of pace. Great on its own or dipped in olive oil and basalmic vinegar. Great to have on hand for entertaining (after Covid).
Gently heated in the oven at home, the bread developed a deliciously delicate and crunchy crust that I really enjoyed.
