An elegant bread that pairs well with fine cheeses, steamy bowl of soup or as toast with a melting pat of butter! Toasted seeds (sunflower & sesame) and overnight soaked flaxseeds add nuanced flavor and texture. This is a long fermented bread made with a 100% wild levain culture. It contains organic white flour and seeds as well has house milled small farm grown whole rye flour (sustainably grown)
Ingredients: Unbleached white wheat flour*, filtered water, sunflower seeds*, whole grain rye flour*, brown sesame seeds*, brown flaxseeds*, wild culture, sea salt. (* = organic)

This is such a great bread. My new favorite! It is good toasted, freezes well and makes a good dessert, served sliced with peaches and fancy cheese.
I'm a big fan of seeded breads, and Rhonda's Sourdough Seeded is among my very favorites! This was my first time trying that specific Beck's Bread, as I've had several others and taken her sourdough class. I'm in love with this one. The curbside pick-up service is great as well. Thanks Beck's!
My most favorite bread & so very fresh with curbside pickup...thank you for your service
This is a surprisingly dense and nutrient packed loaf. At home we love to pan toast (cast iron) so the seeds get all brown. The sourdoughs seed has a lovely crunch, just a little bit sour with a pleasing aroma. You can not be in a house where this is toasted and then not eat it! It holds up well in a backpack on a 22 mile bike ride, in case you were wondering. Top with sliced summer sausage and you've got an epic picnic to get those legs pumping down the trail.
