Whole Wheat Olive

We've been having difficulty getting Kalamata (Black) olives this year. But we have plenty of green olives...So I decided to change it up and go for the green! 

Featuring 100% Humboldt County grown whole wheat, stone milled on the bakery's granite grist mill. Our own wild wheat culture is the only leavening - no commercial yeast. LOADED with green organic olives!!! This is a wonderful way to enjoy the flavor of our fresh milled locally grown grains and feed your gut microbiome with high fiber bran (bran is the preferred food of the little guys that are providing a whole host of health benefits to your body - many people are severely lacking fiber in their diet). 

At the bakery, while "taste testing", we've been enjoying this bread sliced thick with nothing on it. You can toast it and smear it with butter - we are sure you'll love it that way too!

Loaves weigh approximately 17 oz.

Ingredients: 100% stone ground whole wheat flour*, water, olives*, sea salt, whole wheat starter (*organic)

This product cannot be shipped, it is for Farmer's Market pick-up only (unless it is pouring rain - then we'll do curbside at the bakery, Foodworks Culinary Center, 100 Ericson Ct., Ste 100 C, Arcata.)
